Make your own gluten and dairy free chocolate peppermints.
Ingredients
- 320 grams Icing Sugar
- 30 grams Dairy Free Spread
- 2 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Dairy Free Cream
- 225 grams Dairy Free Dark Chocolate, Melted
Preparation
Beat icing sugar, dairy-free spread, peppermint extract and dairy-free cream. Roll into a tube about 1 inch in diameter. Wrap in clingfilm and chill for 1 hour.
Cut peppermint log into thin rounds. Dip into melted chocolate then place on a sheet of baking parchment to set.
