A healthy start to the day, Gluten-Free Avocado Toast!
Ingredients
- 1 slice Gluten-free Bread (I Like Udi’s)
- ½ cups Avocado, Mashed
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper Or To Taste
Preparation
Toast a piece (or two) of your gluten-free bread in the toaster.
In a small bowl, mash about 1/2 cup avocado.
Spread the avocado mixture onto the piece of toast.
Salt and pepper to taste.
