An easy recipe for homemade chicken nuggets made with fresh chicken breast and gluten-free panko.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts
- ½ cups White Rice Flour
- 2 dashes Salt And Pepper
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 ounces, weight Gluten Free Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- ½ Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- ½ Tablespoons Thyme
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Slice the chicken breasts into 1-1 1/2 inch nuggets.
In a small bowl, mix flour and add a dash of salt and pepper. In another small bowl, add milk and a dash of salt and pepper. In a third small bowl, mix bread crumbs and spices.
Dunk the chicken into the flour, then into the milk, then coat in the bread crumbs. Place onto a baking sheet, and bake for 24 minutes.
Serve with ketchup or your favorite chicken dipping.
