Description

A fun, no sugar added treat that the kids will love! If you love bananas.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana, Sliced And Frozen
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Almond Extract
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 dash Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons Whipped Topping (optional)

Preparation

Peel and slice banana into chunks then wrap in cling wrap and freeze overnight.

Pour the milk into a blender. Add frozen banana chunks, extracts, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped topping, if desired.
