Need a quick fix for inflammation? Golden Milk is known for its healing properties and is one of the strongest anti-inflammatory drinks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Unsweetened Organic Coconut (or Almond) Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Peeled, Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Peeled, Grated Fresh Turmeric
  • 4 whole Black Peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Raw Local Honey

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, heat coconut milk, ginger, turmeric, and peppercorns. Bring mixture to a simmer. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Add cinnamon and honey. Strain between cups. Serve warm.
