Golden milk apple smoothies are the new super smoothie! This smoothie is full of fantastic ingredients that are good for you, too.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Almond Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- ½ whole Banana, Previously Frozen
- ¼ cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine. Serve plain or with desired toppings.
