Description
Homemade whole wheat buttermilk pancakes. Breakfast doesn’t get better than this.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1-½ cup Buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. In seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Heat griddle or nonstick pan until hot. Pour batter and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side.
