Description
Homemade granola. Perfect for breakfast over yogurt, or as a snack for nibbling!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Oats
- 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Wheat Germ
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- ½ cups Honey
- ½ cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
In a large bowl mix oats, coconut, wheat germ, and almonds.
In a small bowl mix honey, oil, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour liquid over oat mixture. Stir.
Divide mixture and pour onto 2 cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or sprayed well. Bake at 350ºF for 15–20 minutes. Stir granola halfway through baking time. Keep a close eye on your granola after stirring. You don’t want it to over-brown.
Let cool slightly and then pour into an airtight container.
