A quick, healthy option for breakfast. Add in your favorites to make it your own.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Butter
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1-¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- ⅓ cups Milk
- 1-¼ cup Flour
- ⅓ cups Dried Milk
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 4 cups Total Of Your Preferred Add-ins (e.g. Chocolate Chips, Granola, Raisins, Coconut, Dried Fruit)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla and brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Then, add, liquid milk and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Slowly mix in flour, dried milk, and cinnamon. Beat until dough is formed. Add your favorite add-ins and stir well.
Scoop approximately 1/4-cup sections of dough onto prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown.
