Ingredients

  • 10  Eggs
  • 100 milliliters Cream
  • 150 grams Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • 100 grams Sun-dried Tomatoes (Not Including Oil), Chopped
  • 50 grams Black Olives, Pitted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF). Place 16 muffin liners in a muffin tray.

Beat eggs and mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into muffin liners on muffin tray and bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes, until golden and set.
