These Greek Chicken Salad Pitas are going to be your new meal prep favorite! Whip them up on Sunday, and you’ll have lunch all week long!
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 cloves Grated Garlic
- 1 Medium Cucumber, Peeled, Deseeded, And Chopped
- 2 packages (12 Oz. Size) Tyson Foods Refrigerated Fully Cooked Chicken Breast, Diced
- 4 Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 3 ounces, fluid Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- ¼ Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Pitas, For Serving
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except the pitas) and mix well to combine. Chill for at least 30 minutes and spoon into pitas.
