Ingredients
- ½ cups Roasted Garbanzo Beans
- ¾ cups Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- ½ teaspoons Greek Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoons Onion Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Greek Olive Oil, As Needed
- Chopped Fresh Dill, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Lay beans in a single layer on a baking sheet pan and bake 12 minutes. Remove from oven and place in a food processor, pulse several times. Add feta cheese, tahini, lemon zest and juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion salt, and black pepper; pulse to combine. While processor is running, slowly stream in oil until dip has the desired consistency and is creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with dill.
