Don’t let the color of this Green Blueberry Banana Smoothie fool you into not trying it. Not only is it a healthy breakfast but it tastes amazing too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Skim Milk (or Milk Of Choice)
- ⅓ cups Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ¾ cups Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
- 4 teaspoons Maple Syrup Or Honey
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (optional)
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into one large or two smaller glasses. Serve immediately.
