Description

Don’t let the color of this Green Blueberry Banana Smoothie fool you into not trying it. Not only is it a healthy breakfast but it tastes amazing too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk (or Milk Of Choice)
  • ⅓ cups Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1  Frozen Banana
  • ¾ cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
  • 4 teaspoons Maple Syrup Or Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (optional)

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into one large or two smaller glasses. Serve immediately.
