A healthy blend of leafy kale and spinach, avocado and chia seeds with fat free vanilla yogurt. An excellent morning or pre-workout smoothie.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ½ Avocado
- 1 cup Chopped Kale
- 1 cup Chopped Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey Or Sweetener Of Choice
- ½ teaspoons Chia Seeds
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
