Description

A healthy blend of leafy kale and spinach, avocado and chia seeds with fat free vanilla yogurt. An excellent morning or pre-workout smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½  Avocado
  • 1 cup Chopped Kale
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey Or Sweetener Of Choice
  • ½ teaspoons Chia Seeds

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
