Description
A comforting chicken dish with surprise additions of spinach, kale, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts and feta.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 24 ounces, fluid Chicken Broth
- 8 ounces, weight Dried Pasta
- 4 pieces Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts, Sliced
- 1 cup Spinach And Kale Mix
- ½ cups Toasted Pine Nuts
- 4 ounces, weight Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 3 ounces, weight Julienned Sun-dried Tomatoes
Preparation
Saute garlic in pan, turning regularly until brown in spots. Add chicken broth and simmer until reduced by half or approximately 10 minutes.
Prepare pasta as directed in package instructions, until al dente. Toss all ingredients into bowl, mixing to coat.
