Quick and easy shrimp with a tasty kick!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Chipotle Peppers, Chopped, Plus 1/4 Cup Adobo Sauce
  • 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1-½ pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
  • Skewers (if Using Wood Skewers, Be Sure To Soak In Water)

Preparation

Combine chipotle peppers, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, brown sugar, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Place marinade in large Ziploc bag with shrimp and let marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Place shrimp on skewers and cook on grill for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until opaque and just cooked through.
