Description
Warm peaches with gooey ice cream. Yum!
Ingredients
- 4 whole Peaches
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 4 whole Scoops Ice Cream
Preparation
Heat grill to medium-low.
Halve and pit the peaches. Brush both sides of peaches with melted butter.
Place peaches on grill face down; cover grill. Cook 4–5 minutes on one side, flip and grill 4–5 minutes on other side. Cook until charred and softened.
Scoop vanilla ice cream onto warm peach and serve immediately.
