Ingredients
- 2-¼ pounds Salmon
- 4 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
Preparation
Season salmon with Old Bay, salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Heat skillet with oil on stovetop over high heat. Add salmon flesh side down and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip salmon over and cook in oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let salmon rest for 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
