Description
This Grilled Shrimp Alfredo Pasta is packed with tender noodles and grilled shrimp, all tossed in a creamy basil alfredo sauce!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Fettuccine Noodles
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 jar (15 Oz. Size) Bertolli® Creamy Basil Alfredo
- Fresh Parsley, For Garnish If Desired
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat a grill pan (or gas grill) to medium heat. Add olive oil and shrimp. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until heated through and pink. Set aside.
Add alfredo sauce to cooked noodles, along with shrimp. Cook for 2–3 minutes over low heat, or until warmed through.
Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
