Guacamole with Black Beans

    A simple and healthy appetizer.

    Ingredients

    • 2 whole Avocados
    • ½ whole Lemon
    • ½ whole Red Onion, Diced
    • 1 whole Tomato, Diced
    • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
    • Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
    • ½ cups Black Beans
    • Extra Cilantro For Garnish

    Preparation

    Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and spoon flesh into a medium size bowl. Juice the lemon over the avocados. Add in the red onion, tomato, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper and add hot sauce. Mash guacamole with a fork until smooth, but still chunky. Add in the beans and stir to combine. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.

    Serves 4.
