Description
Very very very spicy liqueur, best served from a dropper – a drop in beer or ginger ale is amazing. Useful to cook with.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Habanero Peppers, Split And Stemmed
- 8 cups, 7 tablespoons, ¾ teaspoons, ⅓ pinches Vodka
- 4 cups Sugar
Preparation
Put the habaneros in the vodka, let it sit for 1-2 months.
After 2 months, strain out the chiles, add the sugar to the vodka, and mix well. Seal up the bottle of vodka and save for use whenever you need a kick. Best served in drops, rather than ounces.
