Appetizer or night lunch fare.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- ¾ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¾ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 can (156g Size) Ham Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 dash Seasoning Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- Assorted Crackers, To Serve
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except parsley flakes and crackers together with a fork. Mix well. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley, or sprinkle the parsley on top.
Chill 1 hour or more before serving. Serve with crackers.
