This a super easy breakfast recipe that is quick to make. Your ham is the muffin liner and your egg is the muffin. You can add peppers, mushrooms or onions to mix it up a little.
Ingredients
- 12 whole Slices Of Virigina Ham
- 8 whole Eggs
- ⅓ cups Milk
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 12 slices Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Heat your oven to 350 degrees (F).
Spray your muffin tray (12-count) with cooking spray. Then line the cups with your slices of Ham. Make sure that that you push down in the middle so that there’s a “well” for your eggs.
Mix your eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Then pour into the ham lined muffin tray.
Break apart the cheddar cheese and top the egg mixture with it. Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Then Voila, Enjoy!
