Description
This cocktail is a celebration of fall. From the spiced flavors of rye whiskey to apple beer and Rooibos chai tea, all it needs is a fireplace and a good book!
Ingredients
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Rye Whiskey
- 5 ounces, fluid Apple Lambic Beer
- 4 drops Rooibos Chai Tincture (You Could Also Use 1 Dash Angostura Bitters)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a Collins glass and add ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with melon-balled apple, if desired.
