Restaurant-style chips that are healthier for you and so easy to make!
Ingredients
- 4 Sixi-inch Corn Tortillas
- 1 Tablespoon Neutral Tasting Oil (like Canola Oil)
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Cut each tortilla into quarters. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Pour oil and add salt. Make sure chips are evenly coated with oil and salt.
Bake for 4–5 minutes then flip. Bake for another 4–5 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Remove from pan immediately after cooking to cool. Enjoy with salsa, guacamole, or queso!
