There really is nothing better than bacon and eggs in the morning! This recipe is going to show you how to turn it into something portable and paleo!

Ingredients

  • 12 strips Bacon
  • 12 whole Eggs
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF and prepare a muffin pan with nonstick spray. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around the edge of each muffin cup then crack 1 egg into the middle of each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for about 15 to 17 minutes or until yolks are fully cooked. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
