Chocolate for breakfast? And it’s healthy? Yes, please!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ cups Chocolate Protein Powder (about 2 Scoops)
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed Meal
- 1 whole Banana, Mashed
- 3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1-½ cup Nonfat Milk
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake 22-25 minutes or until set.
Top with peanut butter, bananas, and additional milk. Enjoy!
