Healthy Breakfast Banana Split.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Bananas
- 10 whole Strawberries, Sliced
- 10 whole Blackberries
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Or Fat-free (or Greek Yogurt)
- 2 Tablespoons All-fruit Strawberry Jam
- 1 teaspoon Granola (or Toasted Oats)
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Nuts Of Your Choice (such As Almonds, Walnuts, Peanuts)
Preparation
Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Place banana halves in shallow bowls, 2 halves in each bowl. Add a few berries to the bottom of the bowl, between banana slices. Top with cottage cheese and sprinkle with more berries, granola and chopped nuts.
Serve immediately. For a little extra sweetness, drizzle with honey or agave.
