Description

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip combines the flavors of your favorite classic buffalo dip and turns it into a skinnier version! Spicy, creamy and cheesy—this dip has it all!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2-½ cups Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 4 ounces, fluid Low-fat Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • ¼ cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine yogurt and dry ranch seasoning mix in medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce and cheddar cheese. Mix well.

Spread mixture evenly into an 8×8 greased pan or casserole dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until mixture is melted and bubbly at top.

Serve warm. Enjoy!

If desired, garnish with 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles or feta cheese crumbles, and/or chopped green onions.
