Description

This french toast recipe is perfect for that weekend brunch! And healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2  Eggs
  • ½ cups Lite Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • 1 package Stevia
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 4 slices Ezekiel Bread

Preparation

Mix everything except for the bread together in a large mixing bowl. If the bowl is large enough, you can dip the bread into it. Otherwise, pour the mixture on to a plate for dipping.

Dip each slice of bread, covering both sides with liquid. Cook each side in a skillet for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve with syrup and enjoy!
