Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (from A Carton)
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1  Banana
  • 1  Apple, Cored
  • 1  Avocado
  • 4  Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Hearts

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth.
