Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (from A Carton)
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple, Cored
- 1 Avocado
- 4 Medjool Dates, Pitted
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp Hearts
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth.
