A great way to start the day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt (or You Can Use Vanilla Or Any Flavor)
- 1 cup Milk (whole, 2%, Etc—or You Can Use Soy, Almond, Etc.)
- 2 cups Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Green, Seedless Grapes
- 1 whole Green Apple, Cored And Cut Into Chunks
- 1 whole Pear, Cored And Cut Into Chunks
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled
- ½ bunches Kale Leaves (or Spinach, Collard, Or Mustard Greens)
- ¼ cups Honey (or Other Sweetener) (optional)
- Additional And Optional Add-Ins: Mango Chunks, Spinach, Cucumber, Zucchini, Coconut Oil Or Milk
- Ice, Amount As Desired
Preparation
Put everything in a blender and top it off with ice. Blend until smooth and serve in small amounts!
