Description

This smoothie is a great addition to anyone’s diet. It’s healthy, sweet and packs a nutritious punch!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Frozen Peach Slices, Defrosted
  • ¼ cups Frozen Blueberries, Defrosted
  • ¼ cups Frozen Raspberries, Defrosted
  • 1 whole Small Apple, Cored And Diced (I Used A Fuji Apple)
  • ½ whole Banana, Peeled And Sliced
  • ¾ cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1-½ cup Water, Cold

Preparation

1. Place all the ingredients (except water) into the blender, then add the water on top. Blend until smooth. I usually blend for about 30 seconds to a minute depending how smooth I want it.

2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
