Description
This peanut butter banana smoothie is great for breakfast or as a healthy dairy-free milkshake. Kefir adds probiotics. Cacao, coconut oil and raw honey are powerful anti-oxidants and full of health benefits.
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana (peeled)
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Raw Cacao Nibs
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla
- ½ teaspoons Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ¼ cups Lactose-free Kefir
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy.
