Description

This delicious smoothie bowl is made from veggies, fruits, and superfoods to give you fiber and enough nutrients in the morning.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • ½  Banana
  • 1  Medium-size Pear
  • 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 3 Tablespoons Ground Oats
  • 50 milliliters Fresh Water
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • ½  Banana, Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Flakes
  • ⅓ teaspoons Hemp Hearts

Preparation

Add smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer everything to a bowl.

Add sliced banana on top, followed by remaining topping ingredients.
