Description
Lightened up version of hot artichoke dip with 3 cheeses—the secret ingredient is Laughing Cow spreadable cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
- 3 ounces, weight Laughing Cow Light Herb And Garlic Spreadable Cheese
- ¼ cups Mayonnaise, Low-fat
- ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Low-fat
- ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Drain and roughly chop artichoke hearts.
3. Thoroughly mix everything together in a bowl with a spoon.
4. Scrape mixture into a shallow oven-proof dish.
5. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until warm and bubbly.
6. Serve with crackers, chips and vegetables.
