Containing fresh fruit, granola and fat free yogurt, this dish is rich in calcium and protein, making it an excellent choice for breakfast or dessert. It takes just 5 minutes to prepare and is sinfully delicious.
Ingredients
- 20 Blueberries, Divided
- 5 Strawberries, Divided
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain, Fat Free
- ½ Scoop Of Vanilla Protein Powder (High Protein, Low Carb)
- Stevia Sweetener, To Taste (optional)
- ½ cups High Protein Granola Cereal
Preparation
Wash and dry the berries. Set aside 1 strawberry and 5 blueberries. Slice remaining strawberries. Combine plain Greek yogurt and protein powder and taste. Add Stevia if you want it sweeter, 1/2 packet at a time. Keep in mind the fruit adds a natural sweetness, too.
Assemble the parfait by starting with 3 to 4 strawberry slices and blueberries. Add ½ cup yogurt. Follow that with the granola. Add remaining strawberry and blueberries. Top with remaining yogurt. Add the whole strawberry and reserved blueberries for garnish.
