Description
Pecans, dried apricots and ground cardamon give this granola a wonderful, unique flavor.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ cups Pecans
- 3 ounces, fluid Pure Maple Syrup
- ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- ½ cups Chopped Dried Apricots
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Mix all ingredients except the apricots (you don’t add them until after baking). Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, stirring after every 10 minutes, until golden brown and well toasted.
