Description
An easy way to make homemade apple cider (and you can save the pulp for applesauce!). Servings are given in cups.
Ingredients
- 9 Apples, Cored
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 dash Allspice, Nutmeg, And Cloves
Preparation
Pulverize the apples in a blender until pureed. Pour contents into a mesh sieve over a bowl. Let sit for about 10 minutes and use a spoon to help push the juices through. Add the spices to the juice and store in the refrigerator. Reserve the pulp as applesauce.
