    Description

    Easy, allergy-friendly and delicious fried chicken dish served with homemade wedges.

    Ingredients

    • 12  Chicken Pieces
    • 2 Tablespoons Gluten Free Flour
    • 3 Tablespoons Corn Flour
    • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    • 3 Tablespoons Dairy Free Milk
    • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
    • 2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
    • ½ teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
    • ½ teaspoons Chat Masala Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
    • Oil, For Frying, As Needed

    Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together and leave for 2 hours.

    Deep fry for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
