With the unbelievable amount of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that vegetables can provide, juicing makes consuming them so much easier.

Ingredients

  • 4  Kale Leaves
  • ⅓ cups Pineapple
  • 2  Apples
  • 1  Lemon
  • 1 piece (1-inch Size) Ginger
  • ⅓ cups Parsley

Preparation

Run all ingredients through a juicer. Serve over ice if desired.
