Homemade pancakes.
Ingredients
- FOR THE PANCAKE MIX:
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- ¼ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar

- FOR THE PANCAKE BATTER:
- 1 whole Egg, Or You Can Use 2 Eggs If You Prefer
- ½ cups Full Cream Milk
- ½ cups Low-fat Milk (Reduce The Milk If Using 2 Eggs)
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- 2 drops Vanilla Essence
Preparation
Mix the pancake mix ingredients together. Add the rest of the batter ingredients and whisk until combined well. If you like cinnamon, add a touch of cinnamon powder.
Heat a dry, flat nonstick pan (no need to oil it). Spoon 2 tablespoons batter and cook for a minute or so on each side.
