Roast your own cashews to create a healthy and Whole30-compliant snack.
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 pound Raw Cashews
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a saucepan, warm olive oil and spices until fragrant. Toss in cashews and stir well to combine. Cook for 3–5 minutes.
Spread cashews onto a baking tray, lined if desired for easy cleanup, and bake for 15 minutes. Allow cashews to cool before tossing in a bowl with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil. Store at room temperature.
