Description
Super easy to make—all you need is the ingredients, a blender and a slow cooker!
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1-½ cup Ketchup
- ½ cups Water
- ½ cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 2-½ Tablespoons Dry Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Salt
- 3 dashes Pepper
- 2 racks Pork Ribs
Preparation
Place brown sugar, ketchup, water, red wine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Cut up the rack of ribs so there are about 2-4 rib bones per piece of meat.
Place 3 to 4 ribs in slow cooker, cover with sauce. Repeat until all the ribs and sauce are gone.
Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.
(If you want to make the sauce Honey Garlic – add 1 teaspoon of Garlic and 2 tablespoons of honey before you blend)
