Homemade Sports Drink

Description

I am a stepmom of two kids who play soccer. They are not big fans of water and buying pre-made sports drinks can get a bit expensive. So I experimented and made a homemade version that is much more budget friendly. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Or Salt Substitute W/calcium
  • 1 gallon Water To Fill A Gallon Size Pitcher
  • ¼ ounces, weight Unsweetened Kool-Aid (2 Packs)

Preparation

Use two packages of the same flavor of Kool-Aid of your choice. Mix all ingredients together in a gallon size container and store in fridge.
