Usually, in the morning I just grab my coffee and go to work. But during the weekends, I enjoy a little pleasure called breakfast!
Ingredients
- 200 grams Flour
- 20 grams Vanilla Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Powdered Bicarbonate
- 2 Eggs, Separated
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 milliliters Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, For Greasing The Pan
- 6 Tablespoons Honey
- 150 grams Forest Fruits
Preparation
Sift all the dry ingredients: flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate. Set aside.
Separate egg yolks and whites, mixing the yolks with the salt. Whip egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add flour mixture to the yolks, then gently fold in whipped egg whites.
Prepare a pancake fry pan, grease with vegetable oil and wipe it with a paper towel. Cook each pancake over medium heat and flip when it starts to bubble.
Assemble stacks of pancakes and top with honey and fruit.
