Ingredients

  • ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 5 cups Corn Flakes Cereal, Crushed
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
  • ¾ cups Barbecue Sauce
  • ¼ cups Honey

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and set aside.

Add flour to a bowl and set aside. In a medium bowl, add cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Set aside. Whisk eggs and milk together in a small bowl.

Begin by dipping chicken in flour then egg, then the crushed cornflakes. Repeat with all of the chicken bites.

Place the breaded chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through.

Heat the barbecue sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Toss to coat the chicken bites in the sauce and serve immediately.
