Honey Carrot Banana Raisin Overnight Oats

Great combination for a jumpstart breakfast!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups (scant) Instant Oats
  • ¼ cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 whole Carrot, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 2 pinches Allspice
  • 1 whole Banana, Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Raisins

Preparation

Note: I use a 6-ounce Mason jar.

Add oats to a jar or container, followed by yogurt. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix grated carrot, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Add to the jar, followed by sliced banana and raisins. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Serve at room temperature and enjoy!
