Honey-Dill Baked Salmon

Super flavorful supper for two any weeknight!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Fish Stock Or Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
  • 3 Tablespoons Pure Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Dill
  • 8 ounces, weight Salmon Fillets, Skin On
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Lemon Wedges, To Serve (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

To an 8×8 inch nonstick baking dish, add fish stock or vegetable stock. In a mixing bowl, add honey and dill; stir to mix. Using a brush, coat salmon fillets well with the honey-dill mixture. Add them to the baking dish, skin side down. Sprinkle each with black pepper. Place in the hot oven and bake 8–10 minutes.
