Honey-Orange Cashew Brittle

This is crazy scrumptious to munch on!

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cup Pure Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 whole Valencia Orange, Zest And Juice
  • 16 ounces, weight Whole Salted Cashews

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add honey and vanilla. Stir to combine. Add orange zest, juice, and stir well to combine. Add cashews and stir with a sturdy spatula. Cook for 3 minutes only. Remove from heat.

Transfer to a nonstick rimmed baking sheet, spread out with an offset spatula, and allow to completely cool to room temperature. Break into pieces and munch! Store in an airtight container in a dry location (pantry shelf works great!).
